Hjarta ok Eldur / The Orkney Snow Fae Wiedenhoeft 24 Feb 2014 Oh the wars hold on and the stars are dressed in red And the winds of winter do blow and blanket our dead Oh the gold, gold glow of our fire holds our souls As we wait in the snow to find the dragon’s smoldering breath We have traveled far from the shores I call my home To find the creature who has turned my heart to stone Oh the green, green glow of my true love’s eyes are closed And I will fight like hell to slay the cruel and deadly Orm Chorus Hjarta ok Eldur Here my ancestors roar And though the shadows hide you now By my sword you will fall Tune - The Orkney Snow And this night our swords were raised in battle again And we drank and sang to our fathers, heroes, and kings Oh the blue, blue walls of Valhalla’s halls grow near And my soul wont rest until the cruel dragon is slain Chorus

Diamond Eyes 03:17
Diamond Eyes Fae Wiedenhoeft June 2013 – 23 February 2014 I greet the water. I feel its kisses. The cool embrace, the pull of its charms It’s courted my heart, my secret lover Lapping at my soul with its wild mouth Chorus With diamond eyed waves Sending jeweled hellos On light salty breezes I’m drunk on your smile as I Tiptoe through the veil And it would woo and it would wane Like the many loves who called my name And it would rage, take my breath away Only to softly slip back and say ‘so sorry’ Chorus I came for wisdom. I came for freedom I was only trying to find a dream. And it would play, wash my sins away Push me over and under and in-between… Chorus

The Wild Fae Wiedenhoeft 2 January 2014 - 21 February 2014 Wake and hear the wind blowing strong Trees are dancing and leaves flying round The rain’s tapping toes on the ground It’s the time of the wild Run to the sea and taste the salt air Stones are turning; your hair’s flying everywhere The eagle soars without care It’s the time of the wild Drum your feet throw your hands to the sky Shout your song this is no lullaby You have one life don’t let it die In the time of the wild Chorus Brave, Brave, Brave child Put your ear to the earth and hear the song singing wild Run Run You’re free Laugh and smile at the world; join its sweet harmony Drum and dance in the dream It’s the time of the wild Bridge Beidh biseach ort go luath ( Sit here for a moment) x3 La brea ata ann ( It's a lovely day) Ta an t-adhar gorm (The sky is blue) x3 La brea ata ann (It's a lovely day) Wake and hear the wind blowing strong Trees are dancing and leaves flying round The rain’s tapping toes on the ground It’s the time of the wild Run to the sea and taste the salt air Stones are turning; your hair’s flying everywhere The eagle soars without care It’s the time of the wild Chorus

about

recorded while I had a wee cold.. The RPM challenge is writing challenge where one has to write and record an entire album in the month of February. Due to my trip to Glasgow and such, I began my challenge on the 15th of Feb. I recorded the entire album at my apartment on the 28th of February. Not too bad for being under the wire
Enjoy!
